We managed to schedule a second meeting with performing arts staff and began to discuss matters for the Christmas themed fair we are going to do.
We proceeded with talks about which areas we were going to have the Christmas stores and it is decided that installation 008 would be a good spot to have it, we then continued discussions about what was to be included and things we thought up before such as the Tombola and face painting, we also added in the possibility of setting up a customisation gingerbread men stall but we also discussed possible collaboration between us and the performing art students, ideas such as using the student actors to be the elves for Santa’s grotto and cross promotion using social media to promote the event as well as posters to place in other campuses. We may have found a possible actor for Santa Claus by the name of James Holdsworth.
We lastly covered camera setups for the grotto and who would be operating the camera, health and safety was also covered by bringing up warning labels for homemade cakes which should help ease concerns over any potential allergy or dietary problems for visitors.
